On July 17, 2015 was published in the Official Gazette promulgating Decree of the Framework Agreement of the Pacific Alliance, signed in Paranal, Antofagasta, Republic of Chile, on June 6, two thousand twelve, by which Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Peru are the Pacific Alliance as an area of regional integration. The Additional Protocol to the Framework Agreement of the Pacific Alliance, signed in Cartagena de Indias, S.D. and C., Colombia on February 10, 2014 (the Additional Protocol) entered into force on 1 May 2016. The Free Trade Commission adopted Decision No. 1 on Recognition Electronically signed documents in the frame Interoperability of International Trade Single Windows in the Pacific Alliance. This instrument is intended to inform the authorities and individuals Decision No. 1 on Recognition Electronically signed documents in the Interoperability Framework of International Trade Single Windows in the Pacific Alliance, so It does not generate costs or rights or obligations for individuals.
